As a financial team member, the Billing Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and billing processes within an organization.
This role involves analyzing financial data, preparing invoices, and verifying the accuracy of billing information.
Billing Specialists collaborate closely with various departments to address discrepancies, resolve billing issues, and maintain positive relationships with clients or customers.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a solid understanding of financial systems are essential for success in this role.
Billing Specialists may be tasked with reconciling accounts, generating financial reports, and staying abreast of industry regulations to ensure compliance in billing practices.
This position requires a meticulous and detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the overall efficiency of the financial operations within the company.
Additionally, this role involves safeguarding customer confidence and protecting company operations by maintaining strict confidentiality of financial information.
Note, Compu-Mail provides hybrid teleworking flexibility options.
This entails three days in the office, and two days from a teleworking environment.
This position is eligible for teleworking flexibility after the satisfactory completion of the introductory period, satisfactory completion of teleworking training, and assessment of teleworking environment as defined by our policies and procedures.
