Group Exercise Instructor

Demonstrate and deliver safe, fun, and effective group exercise workouts for up to 20 members.
Ensure safety of members with regards to heart rate and exercise technique, providing safety corrections and exercise modifications (regressions & progressions) when required.
Ensure training floor and equipment is clean and tidy before, during and after each class.
Additional class subbing if needed.
ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE:
Positive, fun and outgoing personality! Must have Silver Sneakers Instructor certification.

30am-11:
45am and Fridays 8:
