7 Grand Island, NY Grand Island, NY Full-time Full-time $16 - $19 an hour $16 - $19 an hour A key role with a small manufacturer, this position is the link to existing customers and will manage the information between the customer and Dylix Production and Sales.
This key role will be executed as follows:
Respond quickly - it's important to email and call customers back quickly, even if you don't have a solution for them yet.
Keep them in the loop and let them know you're working on it.
Be friendly - no customer likes to interact with someone who appears to be unapproachable.
Attention to Detail This position reports directly to the Office Manager and also the Manufacturing Manager.
Daily responsibilities will include:
Answer phones and monitor emails.
Work closely with Sales Team in client-centric role.
Data Entry Review and input incoming orders for manufacturing.
Issue RMA #'s (Return Merchandise Authorization) to customers.
Manage outgoing information on order status.
Ship outgoing product to customers (generally using UPS or FedEx).
Invoice outgoing shipments to customers.
Use of customer portals to acknowledge, invoice and/or provide order status.
Other responsibilities will include:
Enter new customers into QuickBooks.
Relay information to Office Manager as needed.
Process incoming RMA's to be sent to production floor.
Cross train in other areas to help out as needed as long as primary job functions continue to be performed.
Other duties as assigned.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
