Position Summary
The Senior Sales Analyst will drive process improvements within the commercial organization, expand functionality within the Salesforce.com application, and support customers with improved forecast visibility by direct customer engagement. Other activities include customer hierarchy alignment, quoting and pricing improvements, development including testing and implementation within Salesforce.com, improving forecast accuracy, providing ongoing analytical support for a variety of internal departments, driving digitization, and providing support through our customer facing portal.
Responsibilities include:
Work cross functionally and with customers to capture forecast and create and manage opportunities within Salesforce.com.
Maintain and develop Salesforce.com business processes and provide reporting and support for the system and users as required.
Effective project management adhering to established timelines.
Support Sales Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) process and improvements to forecast accuracy.
Provide sales analytics to support forecasting.
Generate customer presentations for business review including key customer data metrics.
Maintain net promoter score survey uploads on a daily basis.
Facilitate account changes according to policy and ensure that territorial alignments are accurate and aligned with commission processes.
Perform ad hoc analysis and compile data for quarterly performance metrics.
Align with the sales team, present business reviews to customers.
Provide training on Salesforce.com improvements and extended capabilities.
Manage metrics and trends, implementing proactive actions to increase efficiencies and productivity
Required Qualifications:
BS/BA degree in an analytical field (operations management, engineering, sciences, finance, business).
2+ years of experience with Customer Relationship Management systems and forecasting and an understanding of how they relate to the forecasting process.
Proven Microsoft Office experience in Outlook, Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Proven experience with Oracle or other ERP system.
Ability to travel up to 10%.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Must have proven experience in customer relations and problem-solving customer issues.
Ability to work effectively across multiple facilities and reporting lines.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with SIOP, demand planning, and forecasting.
Experience with Salesforce.com Customer Relationship Management system.
MBA or Masters Degree in analytical field (operations management, engineering, sciences, finance).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
