Building Maintenance Technician II Equipment and facility installations and repairs as needed by internal customers or as determined through routine audits.
Work with various departments to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Complete emergency repairs as needed.
Complete preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems as established in department procedures and audits, and required by regulatory agencies.
Monitor Facilities operating equipment on a daily basis, troubleshooting problems and inefficiencies and recommending possible solutions.
Coordinate the services of outside vendors when necessary.
Assist in developing and maintaining required documentation including but not limited to blue prints, plans, and permits according to Company procedures and the requirements of external parties.
Document daily facilities and manufacturing equipment operation and maintenance activities.
Performs other related duties as required and/or assigned.
Ability to assist Manufacturing in disposal of unused product.
Would currently be involved in an On Call rotation.
Would train on first shift before transitioning to regular shift.
Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent with technical certification in more than one relevant mechanical and/or electrical trade At least 3-5 years related experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience A thorough working knowledge of relevant systems and equipment and the related regulatory requirements needed; mastery of more than one trade Solid communications, customer service and technical skills Prior experience in two or more of the following fields is preferred: Electrical- To include single and three phase up to 480 Volts, testing and troubleshooting, operation of control circuits.
Plumbing- To include copper, PVC/CPVC, threaded pipe fitting, fixture repairs and replacement.
Boiler Operation- To include steam boiler operation/testing up to 90 PSIG.
Water Pretreatment Systems- To include water softener operation and carbon filter operation & testing.
Clean Steam Generator Operation- To include operation/maintenance & testing.
Vapor Compression Distillation units- To include operation/maintenance & testing Refrigeration Systems- To include walk-in freezers & coolers, rack systems, self-contained units.
HVAC Systems-To include rooftop package units, built up systems, chillers and associated pump packages.
Carpentry-To include wall patching/painting, caulking, ceiling tile replacement, floor tile replacement, hang various objects on walls.
Office Furniture- To include taking down, rebuilding various cube layouts.
PLC Controls- To include operation/programming of PLC's.
Calibrations- To include ability to perform regular calibrations.
3rd shift: M-F 10:30pm-7:00am.
Training on 1st shift.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
